as a small business, we try our best to meet all customers expectations.

if any issues, please email us and we will respond within 24-48 hours. 

if you have received your product in good condition and it is as described from our website, please honor that. 



shipping policy 

Sweetly By A is not responsible for any stolen, lost, delayed or damaged packages after it has been dropped off to the carrier. 

orders take 2-3 weeks to be processed (unless stated otherwise) as everything is made to order. rush orders take 1-3 business days to be processed- must add rush order listing to your cart.

any cancellations please notify us within a 24 hour span, after 24 hours, a processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

please make sure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order. if there were any mistakes with your information, please email us as soon as possible. if your package says "returned to sender" be prepared to pay for additional shipping costs. 

If you put in the wrong address, and your package is in already transit, we are not responsible for the package and who it is received by. 

we are not responsible for any import fees. international tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Sweetly By A and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. in addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Sweetly By A is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

refund policy

due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept any type of returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL (unless you received damaged goods). please be ready to show picture evidence to support any evidence.

we will not issue any refunds for packages with incorrect address issues while they are in transit to be delivered. the customer must place a new order or ask the recipient of the incorrect address for their package.
