when do you restock?
we make all restock announcements/updates on IG @SWEETLYBYA
where do you ship?
we ship worldwide. all additional duties and taxes are responsible at the customer/s cost.
ship time and how to track my order?
due to each order being made to order, orders take 2-3 weeks to ship out (unless rush my order listing has been added to your order). once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.
my order says delivered and it is not here?
if your tracking states as delivered, but it is not there please email us first. we also recommend checking with neighbors or waiting a few dats. in some cases, UPS will switch to USPS tracking. please check your USPS tracking. if you cannot find it, please email us and we can help.
can I make changes to my order?
if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please email us at sweetlybya@gmail.com immediately. we can add products to your existing order, or make any notes. any cancellations after 24 hours will have a processing fee deducted from the order refund total.
do you accept custom orders?
yes, we do accept custom orders. for all order inquires, please email us at sweetlybya@gmail.com
after discussing a custom order, an order listing link will be sent to you from our website and must be placed first in order to proceed with your order.
how do I make a return/refund?
all sales are final unless you received damaged items. in the case that an item arrived damaged, please email within 1-2 days with photo evidence. once an item is shipped, it is out of our hands and in the mailing services care. if the item says delivered then we honor the companies statement.
as a small business, we try our best to meet all customers expectations.
if you have received your product in good condition and it is as described from our website, please honor that.
